Joe got into the insurance industry, very simply, because he knew he could make a difference in people’s lives. Knowing that he could have a positive impact on people was a powerful motivator. 31 years later, the motivation remains the same.
After spending a good portion of his professional career in the employee benefit health side of the industry educating individuals and small business owners, Joe shifted his focus onto the Senior Healthcare Market with the focus on Medicare.
Whenever the government is involved you can bet that trying to figure out your best option is going to be about as clear as mud. Recognizing the need for Seniors to have a trusted advisor to help them navigate the muddy Medicare waters made the decision a no-brainer for him.
He continues to be actively engaged in a number of organizations and maintains his professional certifications, including:
-
Health & Life Insurance License in Multiple States
-
America’s Health Insurance Plans Certified
-
American College’s Chartered Leadership Fellow
-
Financial Planners Association of RI Member
-
Estate Planning Council of RI Member

Talia entered the insurance industry with a clear purpose: to help people make confident, informed decisions about their healthcare. After spending her entire adult life in the service industry, she developed a deep appreciation for listening, educating, and advocating for others, skills that naturally translated into her work with Medicare beneficiaries.
Growing up with a father who spent decades in the insurance field, Talia was familiar with the industry long before she ever considered joining it. It wasn’t until she learned more about Medicare and the critical role agents play in guiding seniors through its complexities that she felt called to the field. The opportunity to support people during one of the most confusing and consequential transitions in their healthcare journey was exactly the type of work where she knew she could make a meaningful impact. She recognized how important it is for individuals to have a trusted, patient, and knowledgeable advisor by their side.
Talia focuses on Medicare education and supplemental coverage, helping clients understand their choices and feel supported every step of the way. She is agent‑affiliated with the nonprofit WeCanHelpYou.org, reinforcing her commitment to service over sales and ensuring clients receive unbiased, needs‑based guidance.
She maintains her professional certifications, including:
• Health & Life Insurance License in Rhode Island & Massachusetts
• America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Certified
A native Rhode Islander, Talia grew and resides in Cranston with her husband
